Facilities

The Philosophy common room is located at the south end of level 6 of the History building where tea or coffee are provided free of charge. Students are welcome to use these facilities whenever the building is open. Please help to maintain the facility by cleaning up after yourself.

The common room is the conversational hub of the School, but also used as a place where students bring their lunch (microwave is available for your use), read, or rest. After lectures end in October, the teaching rooms (612 and 508) may be used for study purposes. Please use them only for quiet work: the common room is the right place for conversations.

The programme has a Library/Honours Room, which is reserved for the use of senior students.
