The Travels of Marco Polo is the best travel guide ever, but make sure you download it before you travel as these sites tend to be subject to heavy censoring. Even Wikipedia is blocked. Guillermo Gómez-Peña's Temple of Intercultural Confessions has now been taken down, but his La Pocha Nostra site is worth a regular visit.
