Centennial Reunion and Festival of History 2009
Friends and Alumni of the History Programme may be interested to know that plans are afoot for another Festival of History in 2009 to be combined with a reunion of former staff and students on Saturday 10 October 2009.
This reunion will mark the centennial of Dr Hight's appointment in 1909 as the first Professor of History at Canterbury.
Our reunion will form part of the university's annual Alumni Reunion that weekend and will include a reception on the Friday night, a dinner on Saturday night, and a barbeque lunch on the Sunday.
